My resume shows a varied background where I began as a middle school science teacher that led me into a sales leadership position at AT&T and then landing in the financial industry as a banker that was promoted to a Financial Center Manager. During the pandemic, I was re-deployed to a work-from-home leadership position where I found a mentor that looked at my extensive work history and education as an asset and assisted me in growing my career. This led me to my current position as a Process Design Consultant that combines my teaching skillset with the process improvement mindset of a leader. I selected the Masters in Instructional Design and Technology to further my skills in the design of instructional materials and procedural documents.
